Custom Crafts started over five years ago after experiencing first-hand how difficult it could be to find professional, personalised branding in quantities that actually made sense for a small business.

How do I send my designs and artwork?
Once you’ve placed your order, email your completed artwork to designs.customcrafts@gmail.com in PNG or PDF format.
Please use your order number and name as the email subject so we can easily match your artwork to your order.
If we notice any issues or need more information, we’ll contact you via email before printing.
Need help with your design? Contact us before ordering to discuss the basic design assistance we offer. Additional fees may apply.
Do you check my designs before printing?
Yes! We review your artwork before printing to check the overall quality, readability and whether it is suitable for print. If we notice an issue, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
For the best results, please send high-quality, completed artwork and carefully check all wording, spelling and details before submitting your design. While we may notice obvious errors, customers are ultimately responsible for approving the content of their artwork.
How long will my order take?
Our standard processing time is approximately 1–2 business weeks before your order is dispatched. Delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Fastway door-to-door courier: approximately 3–5 business days to most areas.
- PAXI: approximately 7–9 business days to your selected PEP/PAXI collection point.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will always keep you updated.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver across South Africa.
Choose between Fastway door-to-door courier or PAXI collection from a selected PEP/PAXI point.
For areas where door-to-door courier delivery may take longer or be less accessible, PAXI can be a convenient alternative.
Can I order larger quantities?
Absolutely! If you need a larger quantity than the options available on our website, please contact us for a custom quotation.
